Macworld 年度編輯票選
一年又快接近尾聲，Macworld 第 23 屆年度編輯票選的獎項也出爐了，挑選了這一年來編輯們最喜愛的軟、硬體和網站，其中脫穎而出的軟體共有 18 項，許多是知名的大型商業軟體 (如 Adobe Premiere Pro CS3、DiskWarrior 4、LightZone 3.0、Logic Studio 等等)，也有一些價格中等的優質軟體 (如 WireTap Studio、MarsEdit, Popcorn...)；而 Apple 的新作業系統 Mac OS X 10.5 與 iWork '08 也名列其中。

而同時當然也不免褒獎一下越來越讚的 iWork：

此外，唯一一項的免費軟體是 HandBrake，如果您收藏一拖拉庫的 DVD 以及幸運地擁有像 iPhone、iPod 或 Apple TV 等播放數位視訊的裝置，便可以使用 HandBrake 將光碟內容轉換成可在 Mac 上觀賞或同步到 iPhone、iPod 及 Apple TV 的視訊檔。
