applewoods: ProVoc 和它的 widget

我們曾經在六月份介紹的語彙訓練工具 ProVoc，最近釋出了新版本 4.2 beta 版本供使用者測試使用。這套工具很容易讓人以為僅是個簡單的 Flash Card 教學程式，但實際上它提供了許多更進階豐富的功能，學習進度報告、測驗評比參數、同義詞、匯出/匯入資料檔、Flash Card 列印...等等。如果網站上提供的提供的辭彙檔不敷需求，匯入的功能讓您很輕鬆地匯入其他辭彙檔 (通常是 tab-delimited 或 csv 檔即可)。

在十月釋出的 ProVoc 4.2 beta 版本改良了之前 4.1x 版本的部份功能，如對辭彙卡的列印、與 Dashboard widget 更加地整合...

ProVoc 可以支援 Apple 相關的產品與技術，如 iPod、iSight (您可為辭彙加入影音內容)、支援 Spotlight 以及 Dashboard widget。

ProVoc Widget 對其程式而言，是個不錯的輔助配件，它不會佔用過多的記憶體，並且讓您善用各項作業的閒暇時間或等待的空檔，輕鬆學習它國語言的語彙。如果您要使用這個 widget，系統中也必須具有 ProVoc 的程式 (4.0 以後的版本)，它會使用 Spotlight 來自動尋找電腦中的 ProVoc 檔案，如果檔案的所在位置並未經過 Spotlight 編列索引，您也可以直接將檔案拖放到 widget 上即可。
