Gmail 滿一週年，馬上給它的使用者一個大禮，除了信箱將會升級到 2 GB 之外（將來甚至還會增加），文件編輯也不再是單調的純文字內容，你可以在 Gmail 使用 rich text 格式了，使用字體顏色、底線、粗體、背景顏色、超連結...等等。如同 Google 在 Help Center 所提到的：
To celebrate our one-year birthday, we're giving everyone one more gigabyte. But why stop the party there? Our plan is to continue growing your storage beyond 2GBs by giving you more space as we are able.

很奇怪，我在 Mac 上用 Safari 登入 Gmail 卻看不到 rich text 的編輯面版，但有個機會使用 Win PC 的 Firefox 登入，則可看到了 rich text formatting palette:
補充說明一下，顯示方式要設定為 "standard" 才可以使用 RTF palette 唷。
